Shipping and delivery
Prices are shown including 21% VAT unless the page clearly states otherwise. Product and delivery costs are shown before payment. Stocked goods are normally prepared for dispatch within three working days; this is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Battery freight may require appointment delivery, recipient verification and suitable unloading access. Delivery charges depend on quantity, destination and the highest quantity tier in the order. Routes that need a distance calculation are confirmed by a configured quote before payment. Delivery outside an accepted service area is not available through automatic checkout.
Inspect the shipment on arrival. Report visible transport damage immediately to the driver and to info@vanvoltra.nl. Risk passes in accordance with applicable consumer law and does not remove rights for damaged or non-conforming goods.

Returns and withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online sales contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Submit the notice before the period expires using our online cancellation and withdrawal form, or send an unambiguous statement to info@vanvoltra.nl.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. For a non-defective withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct return or collection cost disclosed for the relevant bulky product. We pay the necessary return cost for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is supplied. A consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Do not return batteries without instructions. Lithium batteries require approved packaging, documentation and transport. We will confirm the return address and safe carrier method.

Warranty and legal guarantee
VoltraPower provides a 5-year commercial warranty for manufacturing and material defects in products sold by us, starting on the delivery date. This additional warranty does not restrict statutory consumer rights or any longer manufacturer warranty that applies.
The commercial warranty excludes normal ageing and expected battery capacity degradation, cosmetic wear, consumables, misuse, external damage, unauthorised modification, incompatible equipment and installation or commissioning that does not follow the manufacturer documentation. An exclusion applies only to the extent it caused the claimed fault.
To make a claim, contact us with the order number, product serial number, installation and commissioning records, and a clear description of the fault. We may repair, replace or refund the affected product where appropriate. Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods remain available independently.

Sales terms
An order becomes binding when Shopify confirms acceptance. We may ask for inverter, firmware, installation or delivery details before dispatch. Compatibility guidance is based on the information supplied and does not replace installation and commissioning by qualified personnel.
Product images are illustrative; model, SKU and technical specification identify the item supplied. Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before acceptance. Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers in another EU country of mandatory protection available in their country of residence.

Privacy
We process contact, order, delivery, account and support information to fulfil contracts, provide service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Shopify processes commerce and checkout data as our platform provider. We do not sell personal data.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing info@vanvoltra.nl. Essential storage is used for cart, language, security and account sessions. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies require consent before activation.
