Shipping and delivery

Prices are shown including 21% VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Product and delivery costs are shown before payment. Stocked goods are normally prepared for dispatch within three working days; this is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Battery freight may require appointment delivery, recipient verification and suitable unloading access. Delivery charges depend on quantity, destination and the highest quantity tier in the order. Routes that need a distance calculation are confirmed by a configured quote before payment. Delivery outside an accepted service area is not available through automatic checkout.

Inspect the shipment on arrival. Report visible transport damage immediately to the driver and to info@vanvoltra.nl. This does not remove rights for damaged or non-conforming goods.
